I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready with recommendations. the room was very clean, with a comfortable bed (i slept very well!). i also liked the location, it made it easy to reach many tourist spots.

The walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. this was a minor issue but could bother light sleepers.

i am really happy with my choice. the location of the hotel is very convenient (near public transport). i found the staff helpful, especially with local directions and recommendations. they also offered refreshing lemonade, a thoughtful touch, and i appreciated the daily complimentary water.

the walls seemed a bit thin. i could sometimes hear conversations from the adjacent room late at night. this.

The staff were very friendly. They provided advice on local attractions. Free tea and coffee were available daily (i really liked it). The location is central.

The curtains in the room did not block enough light. I woke up early because of this. The shower enclosure felt a bit low. I bumped my head once.

The room was super clean and well-equipped. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and cute. The staff was always smiling too.

The hotel did not show photos taken from higher floors. There was no sea view at all from the ground-floor room. This was disappointing

The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport for 45 EUR. The hotel is a short walk to the tram that takes you to tourist places. It is also close to the funicular that goes to İstiklal avenue.

The staff assisted with everything I asked for in a very professional manner. They also gave suggestions for restaurants nearby. The reception team was especially cute and supportive, much appreciated after a long day of travel.
